Example of P.E.E (not finished)
Stereotypical: In the clip of Skins the stereotypical view of youth is represented very clearly through what we see them doing and where they are. The gang of youths have been presented as being loud and disruptive when they walk into the pub. There is a reaction shot of other people showing that it’s not a good thing that they are there. We see that the ‘gang’ of youths are drinking alcohol, being loud and smoking. These are stereotypical views on what youths today are like.
Sound: Sound used in the clip also helps to represent age. Throughout the scene an upbeat song is played with a gradually increasing pace. The soundtrack used portrays the youth of the teenagers; being energetic and lively. it gradually gets faster in pace when the fight breaks out, helping to create atmosphere and moods. Digetic sounds are used during the fight to make it seem more realisitc, for example shouting and smshing of glasses.
